Radians Salutes Women in Construction

Radians is excited to support the National Association for Women in Construction (NAWIC) in honoring Women in Construction Week (WIC) from March 2-8. This year's theme, "Together We Rise," was chosen by NAWIC to celebrate the "strength and knowledge of women and the vital role they play in shaping the future of the construction industry."

In 2023, the US Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that women made up nearly 11% of the construction labor force, totaling around 1,285,000 individuals. Without correctly fitting PPE, these women could face heightened risks while on the job.
