Shipping & Return Policies

 
INDUSTRIAL SHIPPING POLICIES
  • Orders for eyewear delivery at one time to one destination (within the continental USA) totaling $500 or more will be shipped F.O.B. shipping point with freight prepaid.
  • On product combinations including hardhats, prepaid freight threshold is $1,000.
  • Returns on stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No cash refunds on product after 90 days from invoice.
  • All shortages must be reported within 15 days.
  • Radians will allow a once-a-year stock adjustment order which will carry no penalties. Distributor assumes all freight costs and returned stock must be current, in full inner pack quantities, and in good condition for resale. The accompanying reorder must be of equal or greater value than the returned goods. Custom imprinted items are not returnable.
  • Orders may be drop shipped to customer, no additional charge. Freight minimums apply.

  • Full freight allowance on all domestic orders over $250 within the 48 continental United States.

ELECTRONICS RETURN POLICY

Radians offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for its products. Our warranty begins the day the consumer purchases any products offered by Radians, Inc.

To qualify for the unlimited guaranty, product must be returned within 30 days of purchase, freight pre-paid, insured, in the original packaging with a copy of the original sales receipt. Return shipments should be insured as Radians will not be responsible for product lost or damaged in return transit.

Product received after the 30 day period will be subject to the terms of the Limited Warranty listed below:

The warranty is void if any of the following occur:

  • The unit has been immersed in water or other liquids, allowed to be filled with dirt or dust, misused, improperly maintained, used with components other than originally intended for Radians product, or otherwise physically abused.
  • The unit is not owned by the original purchaser at the time of warranty claim.
  • The unit has been tampered with, opened or punctured, (other than opening the battery compartment).
  • The 12-month limited warranty has expired.

Under this warranty, this unit will be replaced or repaired at our option, without charge for parts or labor, excluding batteries, for a period of 90 days after the purchase. After 90 days, labor with Shipping/Handling and Insurance totaling $35.00 is the customer’s responsibility.

This shall be the exclusive written warranty of the original purchaser and neither this warranty nor any other warranty, expressed or implied shall be extended beyond the 3 month period listed above. In no event shall Radians, Inc. be liable for indirect or consequential damages, indirect or consequential property damage, or indirect or consequential personal injury. (Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of consequential damages, so that these restrictions may not apply to you). This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

 


RADIANS PROTECTIVE EYEWEAR WARRANTY

Radians offers a lifetime limited guarantee on the frames of all Protective Eyewear. The frames are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, in accordance with the instructions, specifications and warnings included with the product. Please read and follow warnings carefully. Should the frame of any Radians Protective Eyewear product fail under normal use, Radians' liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the frame, at Radians' option. The frame will be replaced when received at our factory from the user. Postage and insurance are the responsibility of the user. If the particular product should be discontinued by Radians, then we will substitute eyewear of comparable or greater value. Incidental, special or consequential damages are disclaimed where permitted by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
